Breastfeeding Basics Prenatal Class
Feel prepared and confident heading into your breastfeeding journey with this comprehensive 3-hour prenatal class.
Designed for expecting parents and their support person, we'll cover what to expect during the first hours and weeks after birth, establishing milk supply, positioning and latch, how to know baby is getting enough, normal newborn feeding patterns, hand expression and pumping, bottles and paced feeding, common breastfeeding challenges, and when to reach out for help.
You'll leave with practical tools and knowledge to help you get breastfeeding off to the best possible start.

Leaps Package
Personalized lactation care from pregnancy through postpartum.
The Leaps Package is designed for families who want to prepare for breastfeeding based on their individual circumstances and have continued support available once baby arrives.
Prenatal Home Visit — approximately 2 hours
A comprehensive one-on-one prenatal breast assessment and breastfeeding education session tailored to your medical history, individual circumstances, feeding goals, and questions. Together, we'll prepare for the early days of feeding and develop a plan specific to you.
Postpartum Home Visit — 60–90 minutes
Once baby arrives, we'll reconnect in your home to assess feeding together. This includes a maternal and infant feeding assessment, observation of a full feeding, latch and positioning support, pre- and post-feed weights when appropriate, and individualized troubleshooting. Includes 1 additional week of Pocket Support and a follow-up call.
30 Days of Pocket Support
Following your follwo-up, you'll have 30 days of continued messaging support to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your feeding plan as you and baby learn together.
